​Trude is passionate about expanding our human potential, and how we can change, develop and create new by leading ourselves consciously from our core, inspired being, not the thinking mind. After 16 years on the national cross-country national team of Norway, seven World Cup-victories and nine international championship medals, with gold medal as the very top, Trude has been working for 20 years as a coach, course-leader and speaker.

In 2019, Trude switched the focus of her work to speaking, courses and coaching with energy work. In short, True Connection Mastery. The virus has delayed plans for courses, but they are surley coming. We look forward to sharing more soon!
